Demonstrate a new level of automation
A lack of automation doesn’t just slow things down; it can make certain activities impossible to measure accurately, which creates a vicious cycle. It diverts people’s energy and brain power away from tasks that can’t be replaced by a machine. Automation wouldn’t just free the staff member to do something more valuable, but the data could also help them do their job better.
